Most HHC 2016 attendees will stay at the Cambria Suites Hotel in Fort Collins, just down the street from HP. This facilitates socializing after hours, arranging carpools, comparing programming techniques while lounging in the hotel’s indoor whirlpool, and so on. You may stay elsewhere if you wish, of course, but then you will be on your own.

The Fort Collins Cambria Suites was also the official hotel of HHC 2009, HHC 2010, and HHC 2013. Once again they have offered us a very special room rate!

The special HHC 2016 rate is only $109 per night (plus taxes), single king bed or double queen beds (please specify which you prefer; they are the same price). All rooms include one pull-out sleeper sofa. All suites feature flat-screen TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, hair dryers, desks, irons and ironing boards.

The special HHC 2016 rate is only available for the nights of September 16, 17, 18, and 19 (with check-out on the following day). You may reserve as few or as many of those nights as you need. If you need any additional nights (before 9/16 and/or after 9/19), they might be able to extend the special rate for you, so be sure to ask.

To reserve a room at this awesome HHC 2016 rate, you must call the hotel direct at 970-267-9000. You MUST mention “HHC 2016” to get the special HHC rate! This special rate offer is not available online or by toll-free telephone; it is only available by direct telephone call. The offer is good until they run out of rooms or August 16, whichever comes first. After the August 16 deadline, they might be able to extend the special rate for you; it’s worth a try.

The hotel features “Social Circle,”™ an in-house contemporary bistro-style restaurant and full-service bar that serves breakfast and dinner. Most conference attendees will eat breakfast there. Note that breakfast is included in the special HHC 2016 room rate, even though it is not included in the regular room rates.
