Optional Pre-Conference Activities  Friday: 10:00 am — Optional pre-conference tour of NOAA in Boulder, Colorado. 1:00 pm — Optional pre-conference tour of NIST in Boulder, Colorado. 7:00 pm — Early arrivers gather for an optional fun dinner at Austin's restaurant very close to the hotel. Meet in the hotel lobby at 6:45 to walk to the restaurant.  Conference  Saturday: Between 7:30 am & 8:15 am — Register at conference room at HP. 8:15 am — HHC 2013 begins 12:00 noon — Lunch at HP 1:00 pm — Conference resumes 5:30 pm — Conference Dinner at HP 6:30 pm — Conference resumes 9:00 pm — Saturday conference ends Sunday: 9:00 am — Reconvene in conference room 9:15 am — Conference resumes 12:00 noon — Lunch at HP 1:00 pm — Conference resumes 5:00 pm — End of HHC 2013  Optional Post-Conference Activities  Monday: 7:00 am (± 3 dB) — Optional post-conference breakfast in hotel restaurant. 9:00 am — Depart from hotel for optional post-conference tour of NIST & NOAA. 10:30 am Optional post-conference tour of NIST in Boulder, Colorado. 2:00 pm Optional post-conference tour of NOAA in Boulder, Colorado.
